Blackberry Cobbler

Greetings everyone! Miss Wendy wanted to share this recipe with you all, so I am posting it for her. So here we go!

You will need:

  • Blackberries (Miss Wendy prefers the clear ones and I will explain why)
  • Milk
  • Bisquick
  • Sugar
  • Baking dish

Preheat the oven for 350 degrees

For the Blackberries, if they are black, then lightly sprinkle sugar on them. It will make them juice. If they have red on them, then add more sugar.

Take the Bisquick and milk, and make the mixture run like water.

If not then it will not bake.

Next, cover the Blackberries with the mixture, they should float.

Put sugar on top and bake for 30 mins.

When it is done baking, a toothpick will not work. So what Miss Wendy did is held it to the side to see if the middle moved, if it did then put it back in the oven for 5 more mins.

Repeat until done.

You can serve it hot, cold or however you like it. She served her’s hot with Vanilla Ice Cream.

I have to say it sounds extremely yummy and really easy to make.

Until next time

Megan
